Confirm All Emergencies (Alarms - Fire - Spills - Water) first to Public Safety at ext. 1794 or 1795, then to Maintenance at ext. 1790.

Room/Furniture Setup for Meetings   please contact Deborah Jones in the Office of Public Affairs (ext. 1745) for room reservation and authorization.
Property Transfer   please contact the Business Office for Property Transfer Form and authorization.
Custodial Services  please contact Housekeeping at ext. 1850.
